The staff were very nice, especially Bella in the Executive Lounge. She greeted me with a smile every day The room had this amazing kitchen space that was great for preparing little snacks for the kids. We had a washing machine, which was a blessing after all the running around.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still worth every penny.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay.

The breakfast experience was disappointing, with poorly organized options that left much to be desired. I noticed fruit flies in the dried plums, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I had to wait over 10 minutes for simple Sunnyside eggs, and the staff seemed indifferent, adding to my frustration.

Having a well-equipped gym on site was a bonus for keeping active during our trip, and we appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury. Overall, it was a great home base for exploring Seoul's attractions.

The Beautiful Two-Bedroom Suite was utterly spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, including a washer/dryer for convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that provided a variety of options to fuel my day. Plus, the short walk to the nearby grocery store and connected hotel made everything accessible!

fantastic access to landmarks and parks for city strolls

I loved my stay here as it was connected to iPark Mall for shopping and just a 10-minute walk from the Yongsan Station for easy transport around the city. The rooftop Sky Park offered a nice spot to unwind with views of the skyline and Han River.

grand mercure is ideally located right next to the yongsan metro station, making it easy to explore the city. our deluxe two-bedroom suite was spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. we loved the gym, which had great recreational amenities like a sauna to unwind after our adventures.

The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up. Used the kitchenette to whip up quick meals which was a lifesaver for our stay.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was worth it.

The gym was world-class, with tons of equipment, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. I loved the heated bathroom floors too!

The central location provided easy access to nearby conveniences like a grocery store and restaurants. Spacious and modern, the two-bedroom suite offered a comfortable atmosphere, complemented by the well-appointed gym facilities. However, it was disappointing that the advertised views didn’t match our expectations, and access to some amenities like the roof garden and pool was lacking. Room service was decent, but the limited room service menu didn’t quite impress.

Limited food options nearby made dining challenging, but room amenities and city views were outstanding.
